  1. This exhibition will be organized under strict government guidelines on conducting trade fairs. Individuals will also be requested to follow the guidelines as set at the venue & by the organizer. Visitors will have to follow Informa AllSecure Guidelines (https://www.informa.com/allsecure) at all time.
  2. Use of face covers / masks will be mandatory at all time.
  3. Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. Spitting shall be strictly prohibited.
  4. Installation and use of 'Aarogya Setu' app will be mandatory for all attendees.
  5. Kindly carry the e-badge/URN No. details with you. The e-badge will be provided to you over email and SMS after your successful registration. The same will be scanned at the entry for providing access inside the exhibition hall.
  6. Kindly adhere to the time slots selected by you and allotted on the e-badge for your entry and exit.
  7. All individuals attending the event must present a valid, current, government issued photo ID proving their identity at entry point, as requested by organisers or its assigned staff.
  8. E-badge will be valid only for entry in Hotel Sahara Star, Vile Parle (E), Mumbai during 18 - 19 February 2021 as per the time slots selected. No Entry will be allowed after/before the selected time-slot.
  9. Individuals below 18 years of age and infants in arms will be strictly prohibited inside the exhibition hall.
  10. The rights for admission are reserved with the organisers and entries will be allowed only on "First Come First Serve Basis".
  11. Food & Beverages will not be allowed inside the exhibition halls.
  12. Photography & Videography will be strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the organisers.
  13. The organisers will not take the responsibility for the loss / theft of any personal belongings.
  14. Individual can attend the conference only in the selected time-slot.
  15. The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
